David Lamar Hayes, Jr.

David Lamar Hayes, Jr., age 36 of Calhoun, passed away on Tuesday, September 9, 2014 in Gordon Hospital. David was born on March 21, 1978 in Floyd County. He was the son of Barbara Rosser Hayes and the late David Lamar Hayes, Sr. In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his grandmothers, Annette Hayes and Paulette Rosser. He is survived by his mother, Barbara Hayes and step father, Roger Dunn of Crandall, GA; daughter, Katlyn Hayes of Ringgold; brother, Jamie Hayes of Calhoun; three sisters, Brianne Hayes of Crandall, GA, Keli Bowman Degenstein of Lodi, CA, and Kim Bowman Fleming of Calhoun. Funeral Services will be conducted on Friday, September 12th at 11:00AM from the Chapel of Thomas Funeral Home with the Reverend Donnie Hudgens officiating.
