Edna Faye Cagle

Edna Faye Cagle, age 90 of Calhoun, passed away on Wednesday, January 20, 2016 at Morningside Assisted Living of Dalton. Faye was born on October 2, 1925 in Floyd County to the late Griffin Anderson and Myrtle Bridges Anderson. She was a member of Belmont Baptist Church. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Henry Wilson Cagle. Survivors include her three sons and daughters-in-law, Don and Pam Cagle, David and Phyllis Cagle, and Mike and Amy Cagle; eight grandchildren; and ten great-grandchildren also survive. Funeral Services will be conducted on Saturday, January 23rd at 2:00 PM from the Chapel of Thomas Funeral Home with Dr. John Allen. Interment will follow in Chandler Cemetery. Pallbearers serving will be Mitch Cagle, Brian Cagle, Mason Strickland, Jerry Cushenberry and Jamie Gentry. The family will receive friends on Friday evening from 5 until 7 PM at Thomas Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, please send donations to your local Humane Society.
