Lynn Faulkinberry

Lynn Arthur Faulkinberry, age 67, of Calhoun, passed away Thursday My 28th in Taliaferro County, Georgia from injuries sustained in a truck accident. Lynn was born July 17, 1947 in Floyd County, son of the late J.B. Faulkinberry and Gladys Thomas Faulkinberry. At the time of his death Lynn was employed by Calhoun Plastics and Chemicals. Besides his parents he was preceded in death by his wife, Sheryl Dutton Faulkinberry, a twin brother, Larry Faulkinberry, brothers in laws, Robert and Ray Dutton. Survivors include his daughter, Denise Worley and her husband Mitch, two sons, Eric Faulkinberry and his wife Amanda and Anthony Faulkinberry and his wife Jamey, one brother “Bud” Ralph Faulkinberry, one sister, Ann Barnette, a brother in law, Larry Dutton and sister in law, Joan Dutton. Five grandchildren, Dakota Worley and his wife Brittany, Stetson Faulkinberry, Justin Faulkinberry, Worth Faulkinberry, and Chandler Faulkinberry, one great grandchild, Brayleigh Rollins also survives. Funeral services will be conducted Tuesday June 2nd at 4pm from the chapel of Thomas Funeral Home with Rev. Phil Holcomb officiating. Burial will follow in the Plainview Baptist Cemetery. Pallbearers serving include, Sam King, Ronnie Fox, Ted Fuller, Barry Nix, Kirk Allen, and Phillip McDaniel. Honorary pallbearers are Bo Fowler, Danny Wilson and Roy Smith.
