Marshall Jordan Tatum

Marshall Jordan Tatum, age 55 of Ranger, passed away on Sunday, February 19, 2017 at his residence. Marshall was born on July 6, 1961 in Gordon County, GA. He was the son of Jordan Eli Tatum and Elizabeth Silvers Tatum. He was a graduate of Red Bud High School, and employed by Lockheed Aircraft. Marshall was an avid NASCAR fan, and loved by his family. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Ralph and Annie Tatum, CL Silvers and Bessie Abercrombie. Marshall is survived by his parents, Jordan and Elizabeth Tatum; daughter, Brandi Tatum Dixon; two sisters, Carol Tatum Nesbitt and Donna Tatum Hales; two nieces, Megan Nesbitt and Jessica Tucker; and two nephews, Daniel Nesbitt and Chandler Quinn. A private memorial service will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers the family requests that memorial contributions be made to the Alzheimer’s Association @ 41 Perimeter Center East, Suite 550, Atlanta, Georgia, 30346.
