Mike Clarence Towe

Mike Clarence Towe, age 52 of Calhoun, passed away on Thursday, November 7, 2013 in Gordon Hospital. Mike was born on July 17, 1961 in Fort Oglethorpe, GA. He was the son of Hazel Blanton Towe and the late Clarence Towe. He was a member of the St. Clements Catholic Church, and was formerly employed by Prater Ford as an Auto mechanic and transmission specialist. In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his loving companion Pamela Bagley. He is survived by his mother, Hazel Towe; two sisters, Gayle Bishop of Piedmont, AL, and Gwen Monroe and her husband Charles of Fort Payne, AL; and one granddaughter, Lydia Burns of Calhoun also survives. A Funeral Mass will be conducted on Saturday, November 16th at 1:30pm from the St. Clements Catholic Church with Father Joseph Shaute officiating. Burial will follow in Fain Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Saturday from 9:00am until 1:00pm at Thomas Funeral Home.
