Steven Wayne Parker

Steven Wayne Parker, age 60, of Adairsville and formerly of Calhoun, passed away Monday January 12 at his residence. Steve was born January 3, 1955 in Gordon County, son of the late Henry Parker and Runette Reed Parker. He was a retired truck driver and a graduate of Calhoun High School. He was preceded in death by his brothers; Alford, Harlan and Tony Parker. Survivors include his two daughters; Ramona Scott of Shannon and Jennifer Young of Calhoun, three sons; Jesse Parker of Calhoun, Jordon Parker of Calhoun, and Jake Parker of Fairmount, his life partner; Susan Rogers of Calhoun, four brothers; Arnold Parker of Calhoun, Ricky Parker of Alabama, Michael Parker of Rome and Erwin Parker of Calhoun, grandchildren; Jonathan Dill, Alexis Burton, Easton Scott, Isaac Scott, Dillon Mann, Christian Parker, Rylee Ford, Bently Ford, Kalob Parker, Lucas Parker, Noah Parker. A number of nieces and nephews also survive. A memorial service for Steve will be conducted at a later date.
