Kingsley Blackman

Kingsley Blackman, age 88 of Calhoun, passed away on Monday, June 10, 2019 at his residence. Kingsley was born on October 7, 1930 in Midland, TX to the late William Blackman and Dorothy Blanchard Blackman. He was the owner and operator of Arrow Butane-Propane Company of Las Cruces, New Mexico. Kingsley is survived by: his wife of 69 years, Nancy Gray Blackman; two sons, David Grant Blackman and Robert Kingsley Blackman and his wife Susan; three daughters, Carol Martinez and her husband Charlie, Lynne Blackman, and Marilyn Guthrie and her husband Doug; fifteen grandchildren, Kelly Jo Blackman, Brandon Atkins, Heather Blackman, Ryan Kingsley Blackman, Greg Blackman, Daniel Duke, Cami Burleson, Duane Duke, Cayla Martinez, Joshua Martinez, Robert Kingsley Martinez, Caleb Martinez, Justin Guthrie, Candice Pruitt, and Tiffany Guthrie; and eight great-grandchildren. A Celebration of Life will be held on Friday, June 14th at 1 PM at the Georgia Cumberland Academy Seventh Day Adventist Church on Academy Drive with Pastor Greg Hudson officiating.
