Martha Annis Cleveland

Martha Annis Cleveland, age 78 of Calhoun, passed away on Thursday, October 31, 2013 at her residence. Martha was born on May 15, 1935 in Gordon County to the late P.H. Hollaran and Ruby Hill Hollarn. She was a member of the Oak Grove Baptist Church and formerly worked for Fafnir Bearing. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by an infant son, Greg Cleveland and a step-son, Gary Cleveland. Survivors include her husband Kenneth Cleveland of Calhoun; special nephew, Charles Lynn Burns of Calhoun; special great-nieces, Lillie Ann Burns and Sarah Lynn Burns both of Calhoun; along with a number of other nieces and nephews. Funeral Services will be conducted on Saturday, November 2nd at 2:00pm from the Chapel of Thomas Funeral Home with the Rev. Gary Garland officiating. Judith Arnold will have charge of music. Burial will follow in Gordon Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends on Friday evening from 5:00pm until 8:00pm at Thomas Funeral Home.
