Odis T. Owens

Odis T. Owens, age 86 of Calhoun, passed away on Monday, January 21, 2019 at his residence. Odis was born on January 7, 1933 in Calhoun, GA to the late Dennis Owens and Mae Gregory Owens. In addition to his parents, Odis was preceded in death by his wife, Bobbie West Owens. Odis was a Veteran of the United States Air Force and was retired from Dobbins Air Force Base. Funeral Services will be conducted on Thursday, January 24th at 11 AM from the Chapel of Thomas Funeral Home with Reverend Jether Cochran officiating. Interment will follow in Rockmart Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends on Wednesday from 6 PM until 7:30 PM and also on Thursday prior to the services from 10 AM until the funeral hour at 11 AM at Thomas Funeral Home.
