Alan Kerr "Bunk" Price

Alan Kerr “Bunk” Price, age 67 of Resaca, GA, passed away on Thursday, February 23, 2023 at his residence.

Alan was born on November 1, 1955, son of the late Charlie Price and Juanita Middleton Price. In addition to his parents he was also preceded in death by a grandson, Charlie Wright. Alan was a member of Liberty Baptist Church.

Alan is survived by: his two children, Nick Price and his wife Jenna, and Scarlett Wright and her husband Josh; mother of his children, Barbara Price; his significant other, Cindy Kennedy; step-son, Trey Kennedy and his wife Janine; six grandchildren, Lowen Wright, Sunny Wright, Kyndall Cain, Silas Kennedy, and Ryder Kennedy; brother, Bill Price and his wife Linda; and a number of nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends on Friday, February 24, 2023 from 5 PM until 7 PM at Thomas Funeral Home.

Funeral Services will be conducted on Saturday, February 25, 2023 at 2 PM from the Chapel of Thomas Funeral Home with Reverend David Maddox officiating. Linda Price will have charge of music. Interment will follow in Fain Cemetery.

Pallbearers serving include: Bill Price, Trey Kennedy, Haley Stephens, Richard Hammontree, Chad Faulkenberry, Dale Hall, Dempsey Wright, and Jon Stone.

Honorary Pallbearers include: Bruce Willey, Clint Baker, Jeff Baker, Steve Faulkenberry, Ronnie Blankenship, Billy Boswell, Matthew Price, Kris Price, Phil McEntyre, Jimmy Chastain, Freddie Black, and Jeff Henderson.
