Mr. Alexander Philip Antram, age 86 of Calhoun, Georgia, passed away on Friday, March 13th, 2026 at Advent Health Gordon.

Mr. Antram was born in Ragoon, Burma on September 26th, 1939, a son of the late Valentine Hugh Antram and the late Hilda Philips Antram. Mr. Antram was a veteran of the United States Navy and was honorably discharged after serving during the Vietnam War. He loved traveling and never missed an event for his grandchildren, no matter where it was. He was a devoted father and grandfather and cherished his children and grandchildren dearly. Affectionately known as “the Candy Man,” Mr. Antram was always handing out candy to bring a smile to someone’s face. In his free time, he enjoyed watching the news and playing with his dogs. He was a member of St. Timothy’s Episcopal Church.

Survivors include his four daughters, Jannica Antram, Noelle Richards (Rodney), Shannon Dukes (Todd), and Wendy Moreland (Rob); six grandchildren, Jordon Dukes (Abigail), Dylan Cromer, Madison Dukes, Winter Robinson, Alexis Cromer, and Kylie Helton; four great-grandchildren, Adeline, Oaklynn Rose, Aurora, and Charlie; two sisters, Gerladine O’Connor and Dawn Selim (Mostafa).

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
