Bonnie Inez Junkins Hibbert, age 96 of Oakman, passed away on December 12, 2020 at her residence surrounded by her loving family.
Bonnie was born on September 14, 1924 in Murray County to the late Samuel Junkins and Minnie Nolan Junkins. She was retired from Ranger Rug and a devoted lifelong member of Hopewell Baptist Church. Bonnie loved her family; she was a loving mother who put all her trust in God. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her first husband, Henry Anderson and her second husband Lonnie Hibbert.
She is survived by her two sons, Henry Anderson and his wife Ann, Terry Hibbert; daughters, Judy Skidmore and her husband Norman, Lasan Dixon and her husband Mitchell; grandchildren, Rex Anderson and his wife Hilda, Stephanie Hibbert Rittenhouse, Keith Skidmore and his wife Jaime; great-grandchildren, Josh Dixon and his wife Bri, Richie Anderson and his wife Brianna, Heath Anderson, Andrew Skidmore; great-great-granddaughter, Pepper Dixon.
A private funeral service with immediate family members will be conducted on Sunday, December 13, 2020 at Hopewell Baptist Church at 2:30 PM with Reverend Charles Rogers officiating. Grandsons and great grandsons will serve as pallbearers.
Due to the ongoing national health crisis, face coverings must be properly worn by all those who plan to attend. Social distancing guidelines must be followed at all times while attending the private family service.
