Brody Montana Rutledge

Brody Montana Rutledge, age 27 of Calhoun, GA, passed away suddenly due to injuries sustained in an automobile accident on Monday, April 11, 2022.

Brody was born on May 23, 1994 in Dalton, GA, son of Bronwyn “Toot” Rutledge and the late Glenn Baker. He was preceded in death by: his grandmother, Ella Idelle Hunt Rutledge; and grandfather, C.L. Rutledge. Brody was an honor graduate of Gordon Central High School Class of 2012. He was worked for Martin Concrete. Brody loved his dog Tyson, fishing, and women.

Brody is survived by: his mother and step-father, Bronwyn “Toot” Rutledge and Phil Neal; grandmother, Lynn Rutledge; uncle, Brent Rutledge; step-brother, Phil Neal, II; two nieces, Raelyn Neal and Britlyn Neal; and special cousins, Ty Rutledge, Adam Rutledge, and Ella Rutledge.

A Celebration of the Life of Brody will be conducted Monday April 18th at 3pm from the chapel of Thomas Funeral Home with Rev. Mitch Philips officiating. 

Family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
