Carman Nance Edwards

Mr. Carman Nance Edwards, age 54 of Dalton, Ga., passed away on Monday January 22nd, 2024, at his residence. 

Carman was born in Whitfield County on October 23^rd, 1969, to Martha Lynn Nance Edwards and the late Elijah Lee Edwards. Mr. Edwards was a member of the Resaca Church of Christ and was a volunteer for the Calhoun Baseball Team. Mr. Edwards was employed in the carpet industry and was previously employed by Nance Carpets. 

Carman is survived by his mother, Mrs. Martha Lynn Nance Edwards; four brothers, Scott Edwards and his wife, Rosemary, Darren Edwards and his wife, Patty Kelly, Heath Edwards, and Shane Edwards; five nephews, Joshua, Lee, Dakota, Keithen, and Christian.

The family will receive friends on Tuesday January 30^th, 2024, from 12:00 PM until 2:00 PM at Thomas Funeral Home. 

Funeral Services will be conducted on Tuesday January 30^th, 2024, at 2:00 PM in the Chapel of Thomas Funeral Home with Rev. Jule Medders officiating. Interment will follow in Fain Cemetery.
