Carol Athena Fox Hobgood, age 67 of Calhoun, GA, passed away on Friday, December 23, 2022 at her residence.
Carol was born on November 12, 1955, daughter of the late Jesse Lee Fox and Johnnie Kate Edens Fox. In addition to her parents she was also preceded in death by: her husband, William Hobgood; and sister, Yvonne Fox.
Carol is survived by: one son, Heath Hobgood; and one brother, Tom Fox and his wife Nanci; and nieces and nephews, Rachael Fox Griswell, Jesse Fox, Benjamin Fox, and Rebekah Fox.
A celebration of the life of Carol will be held on Saturday, January 14, 2023 at 3 PM from the Chapel of Thomas Funeral Home.
The family will receive friends an hour prior to the service.
