Christopher Allen "Chris" West

Christopher Allen “Chris” West, age 44 of Adairsville, GA, passed away on Tuesday, September 13, 2022 at his residence.

Chris was born on March 29, 1978 in Dalton, GA, son of David Curtis Wests and Susan Gale Keene Hall. He was preceded in death by: grandparents, Howell J. West, William E. Keene, and Judy Fowler Keene. Chris enjoyed working on cars and loved life. He was a member of Sonoraville Baptist Church.

Chris is survived by: his father, David Curtis West and his wife Marcia; mother, Susan Gale Keene Hall and her husband Jerry; son, Devin Cassel West; daughter, Sarah Melody West; grandmother, Dot Curtis West; two sisters, Amanda Kate West Campbell and her husband David and Kimberly Ann West Eaton and her husband Blake; step-sister, LeAnn McDougle; and step-brother, Marvin McDougle.

The family will receive friends on Thursday, September 22, 2022 from 10 AM until 12 PM at Sonoraville Baptist Church.

Funeral Services will be conducted on Thursday, September 22, 2022 at 12 PM at Sonoraville Baptist Church with Reverend Jamie Hunt officiating. A private family burial will follow in the church cemetery.

Pallbearers serving will be Lamar Keene, Tommy Keene, David Campbell, Blake Eaton, Marvin McDougle, and Todd West.

In lieu of flowers donations in memory of Chris may be made to Sonoraville Baptist Church Kitchen & Fellowship Hall Renovation Fund at 262 Old Fairmount Road SE, Calhoun, GA 30701.
