Clarence Michael Lambert

Wednesday, September 13, 2006 Mr. Clarence Michael Lambert Sr., age 85 of 579 Buck Blvd., Calhoun, Ga. died Wednesday September 13th. in the Redmond Regional Medical Center, Rome, Ga. Mr. Lambert was born in Welch, West Virginia son of the late Stephen and Susan Lambert and had spent most of his life there, moving to Calhoun seven years ago. He was a veteran of WWII serving with the U.S. Army and was a retired Coal Miner. In additon to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife Marian Eloise SaintClair Lambert. Mr. Lambert is survived by Two sons; Clarence M. “Mike” Lambert of Calhoun and Steve Lambert of Eton, Ga., three daughters; Ladonna Coffman and Linda Cothan both of Calhoun and Rebecca Mason of North Carolina. 33 Grandchildren and 28 great-grandchildren also survive. Funeral services will be conducted at 10:00 A.M. Thursday September 14th. from the Chapel of the Thomas Funeral Home with Rev. Jeff Burchette officiating. Mr. Lambert will be carried to Lakeland Florida where burial services will be held on Saturday September 16th. at the Oak Hill Burial Park. The family will receive friends at the Thomas Funeral Home from 6:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. today (Wednesday).
