Cristina Rosales Arbelo

Cristina Rosales Arbelo, age 83 of Calhoun, GA, passed away on Sunday, May 3, 2026 at AdventHealth Gordon.

Cristina was born on April 12, 1943 in Santiago de Cuba, Cuba, daughter of the late Nicolas Rosales and Margarita Abelo Rosales. Cristina was a member of Emmanuel Seventh-day Adventist Church. She enjoyed reading, sewing, cooking, and was always cleaning. Most of all though, she loved spending time with her family, especially her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.

Cristina is survived by her husband of 63 years, Manuel Rosales; two sons, Jesus Rosales and his wife Awilda, and Daniel Rosales; daughter, Evelin Rosales; four grandchildren, Sergio Feliciano and his wife Ella, Jesmalis Rosales Sutton and her husband Hudson, Lismary Rosales Shatus and her husband Cameron, and Daniel Rosales, Jr.; three great-grandchildren, Brady Sutton, Sofie Feliciano, and Blake Sutton; two brothers, Nestor Rosales and Israel Rosales; and two sisters, Isabel Rosales and Dolores Rosales.

The family will receive friends on Wednesday, May 6, 2026 from 4 PM until 6 PM at Thomas Funeral Home.

A celebration of the life of Cristina will be held on Wednesday, May 6, 2026 at 6 PM from the Chapel of Thomas Funeral Home with Reverend Jose Reyes officiating.

Cristina nació el 12 de abril de 1943 en Santiago de Cuba, Cuba, hija de los difuntos Nicolás Rosales y Margarita Abelo Rosales. Cristina era miembro de la Iglesia Adventista del Séptimo Día Emmanuel. Le gustaba leer, coser, cocinar y siempre estaba limpiando.
