Daisy Gonzales-Armas

Tuesday, December 26, 2006 Ms. Daisy Gonzales-Armas age 44 of 109 Riverview Drive, Calhoun, died Monday December 25th. in Floyd Medical Center following a brief illness. Ms. Armas was born in Cuba on Dec. 28, 1961 daughter of the late Felix and Onelia Gonzales-Armas. She had lived in Calhoun since 2005, was a member of the Antioch Baptist Church and was a homemaker. Survivors include two sons; Luis Fitz-Armas and Joshua Garcia-Armas both of Calhoun, a daughter ; Jesenia Recio-Armas of Calhoun, a brother; Orlando Armas of Omaha, Nebraska, and three sisters; Terry Armas of Florida, Olga Armas of MD, and Lily Armas of New Jersey. Funeral services will be conducted at 3:00 P.M. Saturday December 30th. from the Antioch Baptist Church with Rev. Woody Lee officiating. Interment will follow in the Fain Cemetery. Pallbearers serving include Luis Ray Fitz, Luis Miguel Fitz, Rolando Armas, Rodolfo Palacio, Danny White, and Baldomero Senteno and they are asked to meet at the funeral home at 2:00 P.M. on Saturday December 30th.
