Dena Kay Adcock

Dena Kay Adcock, age 45 of Calhoun died Saturday, October 30 in the Advent Health-Gordon Hospital after several weeks of illness.

Dena was born in Wisconsin, a daughter of Dennis Ray Conant Sr. and Debora Conant.
She had been a Calhoun resident since 1995. Dena was an avid fan of the Green Bay Packers; was an animal lover, avid road-tripper, adventure- seeker, and loving wife and bonus mom. She was nick named “snap-happy” because of her love of photography. She was known by her family and friends to have a kind heart…and never met a stranger.

Dena is survived by her husband, Darryl Adcock, parents, Dennis Ray Conant, Sr. and Deborah Conant; a daughter, Alex Nixon, a son Asher Adcock and his wife Sara, brothers, Dennis Ray Conant, Jr. and his wife, Tara, Daniel Conant and his wife Amy; Mothers in law, Nancy G. Adcock and Mary Ann Adcock, father- in law Charles Lamar Adcock; 2 sisters in law, Deborah Adcock and Terri Adcock Denton; several nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be conducted at 3:00 PM, on Tuesday, November 2, 2021at the
chapel of Thomas Funeral Home with the Reverend Ed Archer officiating. The family will receive friends from 2:00 until 3:00 PM and after the ceremony is concluded.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to the “All Animal Care” or a shelter of your choice.
