Diane Gloria Davis

Diane Gloria Davis, age 72 of Rome, GA, passed away on Monday, September 16, 2019 at her daughter’s residence in Birmingham, AL. Diane was born on May 25, 1947 in Americus, GA to the late Roy Calvin Dismuke and Blanch Harrell Dismuke. In addition to her parents, Diane was also preceded in death by a son, Aaron Davis. Diane graduated GA College with her bachelor’s degree in special education. After her retirement, Diane continued to work as an educator. She was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Saints. Diane is survived by: two sons, Roger Allen Davis, JR of Havre, MT, and Robert Davis of St. George, UT; three daughters, Deborah Davis of Rocky Face, Teresa Davis of Birmingham, AL, and Rachel Etheridge of St. Marie, MT; grandchildren, Schuyler Davis, Celeste Davis, Joseph Campbell, Lindsay Campbell, Elijah Daivs, and nine additional grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. A Graveside Service will be held on Wednesday, September 18th at 10 AM in Chandler Cemetery with President Stake Filetti.
