Dorothea Rigo Holmes

Dorothea Rigo Holmes, age 103 of Calhoun, GA, passed away on Tuesday, August 17, 2021 at Morning Pointe Assisted Living.

Dorothea was born on October 9, 1917 in Bronx, NY, daughter of the late Felix Rigo and Cecelia Herbst Rigo. Prior to her retirement, Dorothea was employed by the Federal Aviation Administration of Fairbanks, AK.

Dorothea is survived by: one son, Peter Richard Porr and his wife San L. Porr; one daughter, Pamela Porr Unruh and her husband David Unruh; two grandchildren, Dee Tatum and her husband Jonathan Tatum and Dr. Tricia Waters and her husband Dr. Steven Waters; six great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren plus two on the way.
