Ford Pack

 Ford Pack, age 78 of Ranger, GA, passed away on Tuesday, September 24, 2024 at Gordon Health & Rehabilitation.

 Ford was born on June 7, 1946 in Gordon County, GA, the son of the late Haywood Pack and Rosa Lee Silvers Pack. In addition to his parents, Ford was also preceded in death by siblings, J.L. (Glenna) Pack, Hubert (Margie) Pack, Tony (Carolyn) Pack, Larry Pack, Lloyd Pack, and Barbara Pack; mother of his children, Brenda Pack; two nieces, Jenny Pack and Rita York; and two nephews, Tracy Pack and Robert Walker. He was an avid collector of Coca-Cola memorabilia, NASCAR, and baseball cards. Prior to his retirement Ford worked as a welder for Morgan Corporation. 

 Ford is survived by: two daughters, Taiwana (Billy) Wyatt and Angie (Mark) Herndon; four grandchildren, Nathanael Freeman, Olivia (David) Goforth, Chloe Freeman, and Katelyn (Alex) Haynes; two great-grandchildren, Kinsley Lovins and Indy Haynes; siblings, Bonnie Walker, Faye Ralston, George Pack, and Keith (Carla) Pack; and brother-in-law, Larry Smith. 

 The family will receive friends on Friday, September 27, 2024 from 11 AM until 1 PM at Thomas Funeral Home.

 Funeral Services will be conducted on Friday, September 27, 2024 at 1 PM from the Chapel of Thomas Funeral Home with Sawyer Springfield officiating. Burial will follow in Hopewell Baptist Church Cemetery.

 Pallbearers serving include: Nathanael Freeman, John Pack, Jeff Pack, Gavin Walker, Brandon Pack, and Luke Ingle. 

Honorary Pallbearers are: David Goforth, Alex Haynes, and Ayden Gilbert.
