Gerardo Herrera Ayala

Gerardo Herrera Ayala, age 53, of Calhoun, passed away Friday, October 15th, in Advent Health Gordon.

Gerardo was born September 17, 1968, in Guanajuato, Mexico, son of J. Santos Herrera Perez and Maria Ayala Perez. Prior to his illness he was employed by Shaw Industries and was a member of the St. Clements Catholic Church.

He addition to his parents he is survived by his wife, Maria Elena Herrera; two daughters, Elizabeth Christina Herrera and Nancy Valerie Herrera; one son, Gerardo Daniel Herrera. Two brothers, Cayetano Herrera Ayala and Francisco Herrera Ayala also survive.
