Glenn Howard Faith

Glenn Howard Faith, age 79, of Calhoun, GA, passed away on Saturday, August 22, 2026, at AdventHealth Redmond.

Glenn was born on October 11, 1946, son of the late Howard Austin Faith and Bessie Mae Faith. In addition to his parents he was also preceded in death by his brother, Jerry W. Faith. Glenn was a graduate of Calhoun High School, Class of 1964, and attended Heritage Baptist Church. He proudly served his country as a Vietnam Veteran of the United States Army. Glenn dedicated more than 30 years of his career to Lockheed Martin Aircraft and later worked for Shaw Industries for more than 15 years.

Glenn is survived by his wife of 50 years, Nelda Wood Faith; two sons, Daryl Faith and his wife Kathleen, and Jeff Carter and his wife Carolyn; one daughter, Anita Turner and her husband Daryl; three grandchildren, Christopher Carter, Megan Harmon and her husband Adam, and Weston John Carter Faith; and three great-grandchildren, Isis Carter, Aurbey Stover, and Chance Harmon.

The family will receive friends on Saturday, October 24, 2026, from 1 PM until 2 PM at Thomas Funeral Home.

A celebration of the life of Glenn will be held on Saturday, October 24, 2026, at 2 PM from the Chapel of Thomas Funeral Home with Reverend Shane Parrott officiating. Gina Faith will have charge of music.
