June Russell Cowley was predeceased by her beloved parents William Russell and Annie Pearl Jones Russell. Additionally, June was preceded in death by her loving husband Archie G. Cowley. Their union was defined by unconditional love and mutual support.

June is survived by her son Rick Tolbert and his loving wife Karen of Franklin, North Carolina. Their enduring bond brought joy to June's heart and provided comfort throughout her life.

June's vibrant spirit touched the lives of those around her. Her warm smile brightened countless days, and her kindhearted nature brought solace to many hearts. She will be remembered for her gentle demeanor, unwavering love for her family, and genuine concern for others.
