Lee Charles Alford, age 85 of Calhoun, GA, passed away on Wednesday, December 28, 2022 at his residence.
Lee was born on July 27, 1937 in North Carolina. He was a veteran of the United States Air Force. Lee was a retired educator where he taught for over 30 years for Whitfield and Gordon County School System.
Lee is survived by: his son, Henry Alford and his wife Linda of Calhoun; daughter, Heather Dillard and her husband Allen of Dalton, GA; two grandchildren, Lee Dillard and his wife Tiffany and Chandler Dillard; and two great-grandchildren, Bentley Dillard and Greyson Dillard.
A Celebration of the Life of Lee will be held on Sunday, January 1, 2023 at 3 PM at New Haven Methodist Church.
The family will receive friends an hour prior to the service.
