Maria Ofelia Torres

Maria Ofelia Torres, age 68 of Calhoun, GA, passed away on Wednesday, February 10, 2021 at AdventHealth Gordon. Maria was born on April 2, 1952 in San Luis Potosí, Mexico, daughter of the late Inocencio Arias and Ramona Garcia. Maria is survived by: her husband, Jose Torres Aguilar; two sons, Juan Jose Torres Arias, Jorge Armando Torres Arias; two daughters, Maribel Torres Arias and Ana Maria Torres Arias; brother, Raul Arias Garcia; four sisters, Maria del Rosario Arias Garcia, Maria del Socorro Arias Garcia, Maria Silvia Arias Garcia, and Maria Piedad Arias Garcia; twelve grandchildren, Aimee Torres Pacheco, Joseph Abraham Pacheco, Alexandra Pacheco, Miriam Itzel Torres, Jonathan Alexander Torres, Daphne Sophia Torres, Alyson Aileen Orozco, Arlette Orozco, Alexa Aitana Orozco, Valeria Antonella Torres, Valentina Isabella Torres, Ian Sebastian Torres, Natalie Elizabeth Cisneros, Ethan Alexander Cisneros, Evan Christopher Cisneros; and one great-granddaughter, Scarlette Arabella Leon. A Funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, February 13, 2021 at 3 PM at St. Clement’s Catholic Church with Father Feiser Munoz officiating. Interment will follow in Fain Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Friday, February 12, 2021 from 5 PM until 8 PM at Thomas Funeral Home. Due to the ongoing national health crisis, face coverings must be properly worn by all those who plan to attend.
