Mr. Randall Ellis "Randy" May

Mr. Randall Ellis "Randy" May, age 44 of Calhoun, Georgia, passed away on Saturday, October 10th, 2026 at AdventHealth Redmond. 

Randy was born in Dalton, Georgia on December 24th, 1981, a son of Mr. Jack May and Mrs. Alice Lee Stiles May. He is preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Turner and Lexie May; maternal grandparents, Ellis and Marie Stiles. Randy was a graduate of Calhoun High School, class of 2000, where he graduated with honors and later attended Auburn University. He owned and operated A1 Distribution Concepts Inc. and when he wasn't working, he could often be found playing golf with his dad or tinkering with old cars. Randy had previously attended Calhoun First Baptist Church and was a member of NorthPointe Church in Adairsville. 

Survivors include his father and mother, Jack and Alice May; many cousins and extended family members.

Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday, October 14th, 2026 at 1 PM at NorthPointe Church in Adairsville with Rev. Jim Pinkard, Rev. Crawford Greeson and Fred Painter officiating. Interment will follow in Haven of Rest Memorial Park. Mrs. Tina Miller will be in charge of music. Honorary pallbearers include the employees of A1 Distribution Concepts. 

The family will receive friends on Tuesday, October 13th, 2026 from 5 PM until 8 PM at Thomas Funeral Home. 

Randy will lie-in-state at the church from 12 PM until 1 PM on Wednesday.
