Raymond was born on July 18, 1948 in McMinnville, TN, son of the late Lester Priest and Lola Mae Glenn Priest. In addition to his parents, he is also preceded in death by: four brothers, James Gary Priest, William Lester Priest, Danny Priest, SR, and Thomas Priest; and two sisters, Clata Hall and Georgia Hensley. Raymond enjoyed drawing, art, and gaming.
Raymond is survived by: two brothers, Earl Priest and Steve Priest; three sisters, Rose Mary McDougle, Orba Jean Holcomb, and Lois Crump; and several nieces and nephews also survive.
The family will receive friends on Sunday, March 15, 2026 from 6 PM until 8 PM at Thomas Funeral Home.
A Graveside Service will be held on Monday, March 16, 2026 at 11 AM in Gordon Memorial Gardens with Reverend George Gray in charge of graveside rites.
Pallbearers serving include: James Priest, Danny Priest, Wayne Priest, William Priest, Duston Priest, and Rodney Collins.
