Sarah Jo Johnson

Sarah Jo Johnson, age 82, of Fairmount, passed away Friday November 27th in Redmond Regional Medical Center. Sarah was born August 10, 1938 in Bartow County, daughter of the late Harley Crider and Elmira Kimbrell Crider. She was employed at Mannington Mills prior to her retirement and was a member of the Oak Hill Baptist Church in Pine Log. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her sister, Helen DeFoor and brothers, Jerry and Doyle Crider. Survivors include two daughters, Denise Black and her husband Steve of Ranger and Carolyn Johnson of Jasper, one son, Randy Johnson of Ranger, three brothers, William “Rat” Crider of Rydal, Grady Crider and his wife Sue of Fairmount and Shine Crider and his wife Bea of Texas. Five grandchildren, April King and her husband Kenny, Jesse Black, Curt Johnson, Zack Johnson, and Katie Fortenberry and her husband Dakota also survive.
