Stephen David Eakin, age 75 of Resaca, GA, passed away on Monday, October 26, 2026 at AdventHealth Gordon.
Stephen was born on August 14, 1951 in Fulton County, GA, son of the late Lynn Eakin, SR and Venice Sallies Eakin. Stephen was a member of the Church of Christ. He was a Vietnam veteran of the United States Navy. Stephen loved his dogs and fishing.
Stephen is survived by: four brothers, Jason Sallies and his wife Deloris, Shannon Sallies and his wife Alicia, Nolan Sallies, and Lynn Eakin, Jr. and his wife Jeanneth; and his friend, Curtis Wilson and his wife Tonia.
