Thomas Jeffery "Jeff" Brake

Thomas Jeffery “Jeff” Brake, age 67 of Plainville, GA, passed away on Tuesday, October 14, 2025 at his residence.

Jeff was born on May 14, 1958, son of the late Emory Brake and Frances Elrod Davis. In addition to his parents he was also preceded in death by a sister, Rita. Jeff enjoyed hunting, fishing, and playing guitar. He loved spending time with his grandson.

Jeff is survived by: his wife, Candy Jones Brake; son, William “Dewayne” Brake and his wife Dana; grandson, Hunter Brake; three sisters, Jane, Edna, and Cindy; brother, Charles; and nephews, Tim Brake and Tony Brake.

The family will receive friends on Saturday, October 18, 2025 from 12 PM until 2 PM at Thomas Funeral Home.

A celebration of the life of Jeff will be held on Saturday, October 18, 2025 at 2 PM from the Chapel of Thomas Funeral Home with Reverend Mitch Phillips officiating.
