Vance Howard Remele

Vance Howard Remele, age 74 of Calhoun, GA, passed away on Wednesday, November 11, 2020 at Haralson Nursing & Rehabilitation Center of Bremen, GA. Vance was born on December 18, 1945 in Norwalk, Connecticut, son of Tomasa Perez. In addition to his mother, Vance was also preceded in death by: a brother, Paul Remele; and sister, Edith Lane. Vance spent his childhood in Stamford, Connecticut, later moving to Florida, and then Georgia, where he has resided since 1990. Vance earned his Real Estate license in 1994 and worked as a self-employed Realtor until his retirement. He was of the Catholic faith. Vance loved life, people, conversating with others, and would give you the shirt off his back. He was a loving husband of 40 years and was happiest when he was around the people he cared most for. Vance is survived by: his wife of 40 years, Lynne Remele of Calhoun; three brothers, James Remele, Stewart Remele, and Chuck Remele all of Connecticut; and sister, Helene Lahaie of Connecticut. A private memorial service will be held at a later date.
