Vikki Lee "Oopsie" (Bruce) Ross

Vikki Lee "Oopsie" (Bruce) Ross, age 49 of Calhoun, GA, passed away on Tuesday, April 30, 2024 at Advent Health Gordon.

Born April 4, 1975 in Clearfield County. Lived in New Washington a borough of Mahaffey, Pa. She graduated in 1993 from Purchase Line High School where she played the trumpet in marching band. Vikki also played taps at many military funerals. Including her own Dad's. 

With a passion for love and laughter, she treated everyone as a new friend through all walks of her life. Her infectious smile and laughter are what brought people in, and kept them as life long friends. Diagnosed with breast cancer in Aug of 2022, she battled like a true warrior. In May of 2023 her diagnosis turned to metastatic stage 4. She was a true lover of nature and dogs. Her motto of "We will find a way to get through, we always do" showed her courage & strength.

She is survived by her Mother Betty Burns, Step-Father James Burns, two Sisters Doris Hammond and Mary Kay (Mike) Soto and six nephews. Her Husband Grant Ross, Mother-in-law Kathy Ross, Brother & Sister in-laws John & Jamie Ross.

Vikki is preceded in death by her Father William Bruce, Sister Eva Pearman and Brother-In-Laws William Hammond & Jim Ross.

A Celebration of Life for Vikki will be held on Thursday May 9th, 5pm-7pm at:
