William Spencer Causey

William Spencer Causey, age 95 of Calhoun, passed away on Saturday, July 23^rd at his residence surrounded by his family.

Spencer was born on November 29, 1926, in Cobb County to the late Howard Causey and Susie Smith Causey. He was a graduate of UGA, after graduation he spent his working years in sales and was employed by C& J Company Inc, in addition he cofounded Brunt and Associates. Spencer was a devoted member of the Calhoun Elks Club for over 60 years, he was an avid Braves Baseball Fan. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by a brother, Bobby Causey; sisters, Suzanne Collins, and Cally Bagley.

He is survived by his loving wife, Betty Hawkins Causey; stepsons, Jeffrey Todd Collins of Dalton, Steve Siskey of Ft. Oglethorpe; stepdaughters, Karen A. Collins of Louisville, KY, Leigh Myler of Austell; two step grandchildren, and a number of nieces and nephews also survive.

Memorial Services will be held at a later date.
