William (Will) Pridgen

William (Will) Pridgen, age 34, passed away on Thursday, November 21, 2019 at his home in Atlanta, GA, following an almost five-year battle with brain cancer. Will was born on March 21, 1985 in Calhoun, GA and was a 2003 graduate of Calhoun High School, where he was the first Stinger mascot from 2002 until 2003. He then graduated from the Art Institute of Atlanta in 2007 with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in graphic design. His entire working career was with Autotrader in Atlanta and Seattle. Will is survived by: his parents, Julia and Dave Olsen of Calhoun, GA, and Carla Pridgen of Asheville, NC; his sister, Misty Olsen Greene of Sacramento, CA and her two children, Erik and Lily; his brother, Daniel Olsen of Chattanooga, TN; and large extended family. In addition, he also shared his life with many close friends who were also family to him. A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, December 14, 2019 at 2 PM at Calhoun First Baptist Church. The family will receive friends on Saturday, December 14th from 12 PM until the celebration of life at 2 PM at Calhoun First Baptist Church.
